For early detection of batch problems

Problems associated with bead size distribution, concentration or buffer conditions can be detected earlier using the Sepmag QCR monitorization system, which provides the QA Manager with a graphical report containing a separation curve. This ensures that the magnetic separation process has been performed correctly for each batch.
Thus, the operator can take immediate corrective actions instead of having to wait until QC is performed hours, days or weeks later. This can result in huge savings by helping the company prevent the production of subsequent defective batches.
