In accordance with article 10 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y del Comercio Electrónico (LSSI), users are hereby informed of the following terms

  1. These general terms and conditions uniquely and exclusively govern the use of sepmag.eu by the USERS who access it. Every time the USER accesses the Sepmag website, a link to these terms and conditions is expressed on each and every one of its pages so they may be read and accepted and, optionally, printed and filed.
  2. Accessing the Sepmag website implies the unreserved acceptance of all of these general terms and conditions of use.

  1. Intellectual and industrial property rights protect the design of the website and its source code, in addition to the logo, brand and all other distinctive signs of Sepmag. All of these pertain to the company.   5. The content is not pornographic, nor does it contain threats or incite violence towards individuals, groups or organisations, and it does not violate the information and moral rights of third parties.
  6. The information that is presented on the corporate website of Sepmag is aimed especially at the client base – mainly the biotechnology industry and life sciences professionals – to whom it provides products or services focussed on the sector. It also focusses on the role that the individual recipients of the information undertake in their respective organisations and the attainment of quicker, more reliable and more profitable results in biomagnetic procedures.
  7. All messages contained on sepmag.eu are aimed at individuals over 13 years old.

 

Terms and conditions of use of this website

 

  1. The terms and conditions of use and access of this website by the USER are governed by both current legislation and by the principle of good faith. As such, via this Legal Notice, the USER undertakes to make good use of sepmag.eu and its contents. To enjoy the site and its contents implies that the USER has been duly informed and accepts all the requirements expressed on this page, in addition to other aspects covered by legislation.

Sepmag undertakes to ensure the removal or blocking of contents that may contravene applicable national or international legislation, third-party or moral rights and public order, if this were to occur, in accordance with article 11 and 16 of the LSSI. Contents of this nature will be removed from the corporate website. With regards to communication platforms that may be linked to Sepmag, every effort will be made to have the offensive content removed.

Commerial policy

 

  1. Any price that may appear on the website regarding the products or services provided by Sepmag lacks valid contractual or budgetary value. If an amount is published, it will only be considered as a guide price for the product or service it is related to.
  2. Only express communication in writing will imply a commercial commitment and it will specify the exact amount and the terms and conditions of service hire or product sale. This document will be drawn up and delivered by Sepmag staff or by its authorised commercial agents to the party interested in establishing the commercial relationship. The offer, in any case, will contain a closed amount with a clearly limited period of validity specified on the document.

 

Jurisdiction

 

  1. All of these terms and conditions will be governed by Spanish legislation. The Courts of Rubí (Barcelona) are authorised to resolve any disputes or conflicts that may be derived from these. The USER expressly waives any other venue to which they may be entitled.
  2. In the event any clause in these terms and conditions were to be considered void, all other clauses will remain applicable and they will be interpreted in consideration of the intentions of the parties and the purpose of these terms and conditions.
  3. Sepmag may choose not to exercise any of the rights and powers granted by this document, but this will not imply, in any case, a renunciation of said rights and powers unless expressly recognised by Sepmag.
