The Sites provide an opportunity for investors, prospective employees, and other adults to learn more about our company. The Sites are particularly geared to our customer base – biotechnology industry and life scientists – and to providing them with content, products, and services focusing on their industry, to the role they play in their organizations, and to helping them accomplish biomagnetical procedures faster, more reliably, and in a cost-efficient manner.

The following regulations inform you about the type, scope and purpose of collection, processing and use of personal data. This Privacy Policy applies only to our websites. If you are directed through links on our pages to other pages, please inform yourself there about the handling of your data.t.

Inventory data

(1) Your personal data, insofar as these are necessary for the establishment, content or modification of the contractual relationship (inventory data) are exclusively used for contract execution. Must eg be passed on to the suppliers of goods to deliver the goods, your name and address.

(2) Without your express consent or without legal basis, your personal data are passed on not on outside of contract management to third parties. After complete contract processing your data for further use will be blocked. After the tax and trade legislation this data will be deleted unless you have expressly consented to the further use.

User profiles

For purposes of advertising, market research or for tailoring our offers we create using usage data anonymous user profiles. Usage data includes in particular information on the beginning and end and the extent of the respective use our sites and offers by the buyer. The user profiles are not merged with your personal data. For the analysis, we use tracking software Piwik, which anonymizes your IP address before saving.
